RULES 1. Juried Format: Submitted entries only on VHS-NTSC. All entries must be clearly marked with the actual title, total running time, (TRT) with credits, and the entrant’s name, address and phone number, sent in cover or sleeve. 2. Foreign Language: Entries must be prepared for an English speaking audience. 3. Artist Bio, max.one page and Video Synopsis, max. one page. Do not send any additional materials. 4. Restrictions: Maximum length of entry 30 minutes including credits. Any number of entries may be submitted, each with its own entry fee and form. 5. Return of entries: Entries submitted will not be returned unless a separate written request and $2 is received at the time of entry. This separate written request and $2 should be stapled to the entry form. 6. Fee $30.00: Each entry fee is non-returnable and must be paid in U.S. dollars by money order or check through a U.S. bank, payable to: New Art Program. Entry fee must accompany each video and entry form, bio and synopsis. Entry fee covers registration, notification that your entry has been received, notification of results and mailing of program schedule and booklet. N.A.P is not responsible for the loss or damage to any material. 7. By entering the NAP Video Festival you grant the N.A.P. the right to reproduce and sell the selected video and illustrations and to use your name, likeness and biography to promote the festival and the selected video. You represent that you own all rights to the material submitted, including copyright, and no other permissions are necessary. 8. Selected Work: Copy of highest quality tape or DVD plus four (4) illustrations will be requested for the multi-exhibition screenings and cable television. Deadline: December 15th | |
